Sharabutdin Magomedov (Шарабутдин Магомедов) made his UFC debut October 2023 securing a Unanimous Decision win over the tough Bruno Silva, a man who'd gone the distance with Alex Pereira.
Sharabutdin Magomedov has been making waves in the MMA world and signed with the UFC earlier this year. His journey could've been cut short because of an eye injury he suffered early in his career and it's been left slightly ambiguous whether he can even see out of the eye anymore. Unlike most fighters coming out of Dagestan, 'Shara Bullet' is primarily a striker with a kick-heavy fighting style. 10 out of his 12 professional wins have come by the way of a knockout. It will be interesting to see how the Dagestani fighter performs against some of the more notable names in the division but I'm sure he'll get there. In this video we take a closer look at his style and what makes him such an exciting prospect in the Middleweight Division.

😂😂 he's had a whole career in kickboxing and Muay Thai and currently undefeated in mma. In a division with no real strong wrestler in the top 10 he will be a problem. Ge might not beat a Bo nickel but time will tell! I think he had some fun fights to be had!

Another amazing video. As a Muay Thai guy it’s nice seeing someone utilize some Muay Khao in the cage 🤜 I’ve always said clinch knees have to be some of the most brutal strikes in martial arts. Scary place to be.
My coach says knees are the most painful strike he'd rather be head kicked ko'd than take a knee to the liver.
Ye for sure! Matt brown had excellent clinch but he was real muay khao stylist and he didn't have the best wrestling! I think a good knee fighter with great wrestling as a style would be an all time great in mma!

Im 185cm with a 190cm reach who fights at lightweight. Would you recommend me this style of boxing? If not which "boxing style" would be good for mma for more rangier type of people that still would give a knockout treath and could be dangerous. @@prostriking Petrosyan avoided Yodsanklai, Sittichai, Superbon and Marat Grigorian. Petrosyan lost to Buakaw, Andy Ristie, Petchmorakot and Superbon. Both Buakaw and Sittichai are greater than Petrosyan.
